Young people still face difficulties in the areas of employment, education and training. If Europe wants to fulfill the objectives of education and employment, it must provide appropriate social and professional integration of young people. This will also help young people to personal self-fulfillment and civic engagement as well. It`s very important to clarify what value the degree earned in another country. This will help those institutions that take on the roll of mediation.
Educational institutions must ensure the conditions that make it possible to train a marketable labor. To do this, we need to reform the vocational schools profile, and must eliminate the professions that aren`t needed in the labor market.
In order to form marketable workforce by educational institutions, predictable economy is required. The children need to know the professions and need to know what awaits them when they choose a profession.
Summary of comments:

6. Responsibility of educational institutions to ensure a market workforce.
7. Predictable economy is required in order for the schools to train the workforce marketable.
8. Agencies for youth can greatly help in the career choices for young people.
